Please take time to complete a questionnaire survey by following the stages described below:
If you have not already registered with this community website please do so by clicking on ‘Log on’ above, then click on ‘New users register here’ and complete a simple input form. You will then be sent an e-mail with your User ID and password ready for you to log on as a community wesbsite user. Then, to complete a questionnaire log on using your new User ID and pasword then click on the ‘Chailey Parish Survey’ box on the left hand navigation bar.
If you have already registered and have a User ID and password please log on and then click on the ‘Chailey Parish Survey’ box on the left hand navigation bar.
At the top of the questionnaire you have the options of submitting the whole questionnaire or you may save a partially completed questionniare for completion at a later point in time when you log on again.

The questionnaires should be completed and returned by 31st July 2009. The results of the survey will be provided in the September issue of Chailey News and will also be reported on this website.
Paper copies of the questionnaire will be available at various locations in the village in July for residents without Internet access.

You can have a section of this website for your own local club or community organization. You can include information about your organization and publish your own news, photos, events and documents. To become a Section Administrator you will need to Register by clicking on Community Services. After Registering you will be sent an ID number and password by e-mail. You may then contact the Website Administrator to be added to the system as a Section Administrator. Your name or your organization's name will appear at the foot of your organisation's page.
